Tröma Nagmo tsog

Regular practice

Tröma Nagmo is a wrathful feminine manifestation of wisdom. It is the innermost secret practice of Khandro (Dakini) aspect in the Dudjom Tersar lineage.

Foreseeing the difficulties of future times that would create great suffering for beings, Guru Rinpoche transmitted this special practice to his consort Yeshe Tsogyal, who hid it as a terma in the heart of Khye’u Chung Lotsawa, a previous incarnation of Dudjom Rinpoche. Afterwards, Dudjom Lingpa received the direct transmissions of this cycle through a series of visions of Machik Labdrön, Saraha, Padampa Sangye and others. He kept the practice secret for some time before teaching it.

Tröma Nagmo‘s practices provides us an extremely powerful means of cutting off with the dualistic clinging of mind, which is the root of suffering, and revealing our inherent wisdom nature.

In the Dudjom Tersar tradition, the practice of Tröma Nagmo contains the complete path of Vajrayana, from the ngöndro all the way through to the dzogchen practices of trekchö and tögal.
