Khandro Semo Lhanzey la was the niece of Kyabj\u00e9 Dungse Shenphen Dawa Norbu Rinpoche and cousin of His Eminence Dungse Namgay Dawa Rinpoche, to whom she was very close.<\/p>\n<p>Khandro Semo Lhanzey la was the reincarnation of Kyabj\u00e9 Dudjom Rinpoche Jigdrel Yeshe Dorje&#8217;s mother.
