Tribute to Kyabje Dungse Shenphen Dawa Norbu Rinpoche
on his Mahaparinirvana’s second anniversary
On April 22 we celebrated Kyabje Dungse Shenphen Dawa Norbu Rinpoche’s second Mahaparinirvana anniversary. We offered a Khater Dorsem ts’og and also joined the Khater Dorsem ts’og which H.E. Dungse Namgay Dawa Rinpoche led from New York City.
The second anniversary of Kyabje Dungse Shenphen Dawa Norbu Rinpoche’s Mahaparinirvana was also celebrated at Orgyen Chö Dzong, the retreat center near New York City, where offerings and practices were made. In that morning, as the offerings were being presented to the stupa, small snow flowers began to descend from the sky.
When offerings are made to the stupa, Kyabje Dungse Shenphen Dawa Norbu Rinpoche’s blessings are always there.

We would like to express our gratitude to Kyabje Dungse Shenphen Dawa Norbu Rinpoché, from the bottom of our hearts, for his immense compassion for having emanated in our world. We feel very grateful for all the teachings, practices and initiations he gave us, and all the actions he took in order to spread and expand the Dharma. We especially thank him for every time he came to Spain and for every effort that he made in order to establish the precious Dudjom Tersar lineage in our land. The Religious Community that he established, Nyingma Tersar, is one of his legacies.
